当会で催行されるハイキング、登山等の各イベントには、各人の責任の元にご参加ください。
何らかの事故があっても、オーガナイザーおよびイベントホストは一切責任を負いません。
When you take part in the event such as the hiking or trekking scheduled at this Hi! Tre Website, you should take responsible for yourself.
In case of any accidents, we never take responsibility.
アルプス等の高山への山行の際には保険の加入をお願いします。
Please be insured when you go hiking or trekking to the high mountain like Alps.
オーガナイザーおよびイベントホストは、ハイキングガイドではありません。
あくまで友人同士で行くハイキングだと考えてください。参加される際は事前にルートをご自分で確認し、万一、はぐれてしまった時のためにハイキングコースの地図は各自で用意のうえご参加ください。
Organizer and Event host is NOT guide of hike. This meet up is the only fun hiking to which the friends hang out together. Please check your hiking route in advance and bring map of the mountain by yourself for the worst case of being apart during hike.
日本語と英語の記載に差異があった場合には、日本語版が優先します。
In the event of a discrepancy or difference in interpretation between Japanese and English language versions, the Japanese language version shall prevail.
イベントの写真の掲載は大歓迎です！　ただし、メンバーの顔がはっきりと分かるようなものは、個人情報に配慮し、掲載後１週間を目安に削除しますので、参加者はそれまでに各自コピーしてください。なお、素晴らしい写真を載せてくださった場合には、このHi! tresのウェブサイトで使わせていただくことがあります。
We welcome uploading the photo of going hiking! But, about 1 week after uploading , I will delete only the photo in which face can be clearly seen, considering the personal information. So till then, please copy such photos by yourself.(^^)!　
And, the good photo may be used in this Hi! tres website.
イベント当日は集合時間に遅れても、多くの場合、先に出発します。これは、時間を守って来て下さっている人達の時間を大事にしたいからです。遅れてきた時は、走って追いついてください！また、オーガナイザーは遅刻者への道順案内はしません。（笑）
In case you are late for the meeting time at the event day, we will not wait for you in many cases. This is because I don't want to kill precious time of the participants. Please catch up with us by running.! And, organizer will not guide the way to the destination for the late comer. lol

<留意事項　Please mind the following rule＞
歩くペースは最も遅い人のペースに合わせて歩いてください。もし先に行ってしまっていることに気が付いたら、後の人達が追いついてくるまでその場で待っていてください。これは貴方と後続のメンバーが道迷いを起こさないために重要です。特に分岐点では必ず待っていてください。　
''Every member have to match your pace to the slowest person's. If you find you walk earlier, you have to wait for the all participants catching up. This also has an aim of not losing way for you and later walking members.
Be sure to wait at the deviding point in paticular.
